How safe is my personal information?

Is it easy to be online and view my profiles?
Yes, just login with your user name and password.
What is the difference between my Client ID and my User Name?
Your “User Name” is one that you select and becomes your private login which enables you to use all member tools. Your “Client ID” is a “view only” feature that you provide to your Insurance Company and State Agencies.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Just click on “ Forget Your Password” and it will be sent to you via email.
How can I change my password?
By clicking on the “ Edit My Info” button, it will enable you to change and confirm your new password.
I am a new computer user. Is your service easy to use?
We developed MyDocuSafe.com™ to be detailed and secure with the most advanced technology, but kept in mind of the various users. Our system is very user friendly and offers “help tools” on each page. If you are unable to have a question answered, we provide you with our contact page to reach us.
Is it better for to take my own pictures of hire a professional?
That is really a personal choice. Some consumers love taking pictures and doing it themselves. We provide "Photo Tips" to assist you. However, for those who do not have the time or want a Complete Home Inventory done, MyDocuSafe has recommended Independent Affiliate Photographers to assist. Check with our office for the nearest one near you.
Do I need a digital camera to take my pictures?
We recommend that you use a digital camera for easy upload; however, you can still use a 35mm camera, and once prints are developed, you can have them scanned and saved to a disk to upload. If you do not own a scanner, we suggest you contact sources such as Kinkos®, Office Depot®, Staples® and other locations that provide that service.
How many pictures can I upload and modify?
That would depend upon the membership you select. With the Silver Membership,
you can upload and modify up to 200 pictures. If you choose the Gold Membership,
you can upload and modify up to 500 pictures and the Platinum Membership allows
you “unlimited” picture uploads and modifications.
Am I limited as to the picture size?
On the Silver Membership, 2MB is the maximum file size, the Gold the maximum file size is increased to 6MB. The Platinum membership the maximum file size is increased to 20MB. Perfect for Wedding Photographs!
Is there a specific type of picture file that is supported?
JPEG, GIF, and PNG picture types are supported.
After taking pictures of my valuables, how do I upload them to MyDocuSafe.com™?
We have taken every step to ensure our service is secure and user friendly. Once you become a member, we will provide you with a “step by step how to guide” to assist you.
When filling out detailed information on each of my pictures, how much do I need to add?
We have provided a few guidelines that most Insurance Companies and State Agencies ask for; however, you are free to add as much or as little as you desire.

Call your Insurance Agent and provide them your Client ID which will allow them to view your pictures. This feature will allow both of you to view your pictures simultaneously if desired
Should I take pictures of the damage after a disaster?
Yes, it will assist the Insurance Claims Adjuster to process the claim faster and easier. Remember, the Insurance Company or State Agency can only “view” and “download” your pictures with complete description and declarations.

What is the Referral Program?

“less than $600.00 in a 12 month period, we
